SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE<\/p>\n

The applicant is a debtor under domestic court\u2019s judgment and is banned from leaving Ukraine by the domestic court upon the motion of the Bailiffs\u2019 Service. He complains about a violation of Article 2 of Protocol No. 4 of being restricted in his freedom of movement for his failure to pay a judgment debt to a bank (see, mutatis mutandis, Ignatov v. Bulgaria, no.\u00a050\/02, 2 July 2009; Gochev v. Bulgaria, no.\u00a034383\/03, 26\u00a0November 2009; and Khlyustov v.\u00a0Russia, no. 28975\/05, 11 July 2013).<\/p>\n
