COUNCIL DECISION (EU) 2019\/581<\/p>\n

of 8\u00a0April 2019<\/p>\n

appointing an alternate member, proposed by the Hellenic Republic, of the Committee of the Regions<\/p>\n

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,<\/p>\n

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, and in particular Article 305 thereof,<\/p>\n

Having regard to the proposal of the Greek Government,<\/p>\n

Whereas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/colgroup>\n\n\n
\n

(1)<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

\n

On 26\u00a0January 2015, 5\u00a0February 2015 and 23\u00a0June 2015, the Council adopted Decisions (EU) 2015\/116\u00a0(1<\/span>), (EU) 2015\/190\u00a0(2<\/span>) and (EU) 2015\/994\u00a0(3<\/span>) appointing the members and alternate members of the Committee of the Regions for the period from 26\u00a0January 2015 to 25\u00a0January 2020.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n<\/colgroup>\n\n\n

\n

An alternate member’s seat has become vacant following the end of the term of office of Mr Petros SOULAS,<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:<\/p>\n

Article 1<\/p>\n

The following is hereby appointed as an alternate member of the Committee of the Regions for the remainder of the current term of office:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/colgroup>\n\n\n
