TRADE KFT<br \/>\nagainst Hungary<br \/>\n(see appended table)<\/p>\n<p>The European Court of Human Rights (Fourth Section), sitting on 17\u00a0January 2019 as a Committee composed of:<\/p>\n<p>Georges Ravarani, President,<br \/>\nMarko Bo\u0161njak,<br \/>\nP\u00e9ter Paczolay, judges,<\/p>\n<p>and Liv Tigerstedt, Acting Deputy Section Registrar,<\/p>\n<p>Having regard to the above application lodged on 4 April 2015,<\/p>\n<p>Having regard to the observations submitted by the respondent Government and the observations in reply submitted by the applicant,<\/p>\n<p>Having deliberated, decides as follows:<\/p>\n<p>FACTS AND PROCEDURE<\/p>\n<p>The applicant company\u2019s details are set out in the appended table.<\/p>\n<p>The applicant company was represented by Ms M. Sz\u00e9kely, a lawyer practising in Budapest.<\/p>\n<p>Its complaints under Article 6 \u00a7 1 of the Convention concerning the excessive length of civil proceedings were communicated to the Hungarian Government (\u201cthe Government\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>THE LAW<\/p>\n<p>Complaints underArticle 6 \u00a7 1 of the Convention<\/p>\n<p>In the present application, having examined all the material before it, the Court considers that for the reasons stated below, the respondent Government cannot be held liable for the length of the proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>In particular, the Court notes that the applicant company is the sole shareholder of V\u00e1ci58 Kft, which is the applicant in application no.\u00a017342\/15.
