SECRETARY OF VETERANS AFFAIRS NOTICE OF DISHONEST,<br \/>\nPREDATORY, OR OTHERWISE UNLAWFUL PRACTICES<br \/>\nTARGETING INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE ELIGIBLE FOR<br \/>\nINCREASED PENSION ON BASIS OF NEED FOR REGULAR<br \/>\nAID AND ATTENDANCE.<\/p>\n<p>(a) &lt;&lt;NOTE: 38 USC 1501 note.&gt;&gt; Notice Required.&#8211;The Secretary of<br \/>\nVeterans Affairs shall include on the internet website of the Department<br \/>\nof Veterans Affairs a warning to veterans relating to dishonest,<br \/>\npredatory, or otherwise unlawful practices targeting individuals who are<br \/>\neligible for increased pension under chapter 15 of title 38, United<br \/>\nStates Code, on the basis of need for regular aid and attendance.<\/p>\n<p>(b) GAO Study.&#8211;<br \/>\n(1) &lt;&lt;NOTE: Deadline.&gt;&gt; Study required.&#8211;Not later than 18<br \/>\nmonths after the date of the enactment of this Act, the<br \/>\nComptroller General of the United States shall complete a study<br \/>\non financial exploitation of veterans.
