SHORT TITLE.\r\n\r\n    This Act may be cited as the ``Oregon Tribal Economic Development \r\nAct''.\r\nSEC. 2. APPROVAL NOT REQUIRED TO VALIDATE LAND TRANSACTIONS.\r\n\r\n    (a) In General.--Notwithstanding any other provision of law, without \r\nfurther approval, ratification, or authorization by the United States, \r\nthe Confederated Tribes of Coos, Lower Umpqua, and Siuslaw Indians, the \r\nConfederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde Community of Oregon, the \r\nConfederated Tribes of Siletz Indians of Oregon, the Confederated Tribes \r\nof Warm Springs, the Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians, the \r\nKlamath Tribes, and the Burns Paiute Tribes may lease, sell, convey, \r\nwarrant, or otherwise transfer all or any part of its interests in any \r\nreal property that is not held in trust by the United States for the \r\nbenefit of such tribe.\r\n    (b) Trust Land Not Affected.--Nothing in this section shall--\r\n            (1) authorize the Confederated Tribes of Coos, Lower Umpqua, \r\n        and Siuslaw Indians, the Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde \r\n        Community of Oregon, the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians \r\n        of Oregon, the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs, the Cow \r\n        Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians, the Klamath Tribes, and \r\n        the Burns Paiute Tribes to lease, sell, convey, warrant, or \r\n        otherwise transfer all or any part of an interest in any real \r\n        property that is held in trust by the United States for the \r\n        benefit of such tribe;
