CASE OF KORNILOVA v. UKRAINE (European Court of Human Rights) Application no. 47283/14
. The applicant was hit by a man whom she had been attempting to invite to a Jehovah’s Witnesses’ meeting. The individual was eventually convicted of infliction of a minor injury, sentenced to a fine and ordered to pay damages.
